A composite screen pipe is a filtering or separation device composed of multiple materials or structures, which is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, mining, and other fields.
Structure

The STARSE composite screen mainly consists of a central base pipe with a plurality of flow - holes, an inner protective jacket installed on the central base pipe, sand control filter material, an overflow protective jacket, and a support plate. It is characterized in that: the external flow protective jacket is equipped with densely

arranged groove-shaped bridges or arch-shaped bridges on which both sides are provided with sand control filter slits. The support plate connects the sand control filter jacket to the central base pipe.

Multifunctional Adaptability
Composite screens can be customized in materials and structures according to different application scenarios. For example, in oil production, they can be designed as sand control screens; in water treatment, they can be optimized as high-precision filter screens. The materials of the inner and outer protective jackets and the filter mesh are all SS304, SS316, or other higher-level acid and corrosion-resistant materials. It can resist the corrosion of acids, alkalis, and salts and meet the special requirements of wells containing H2S, CO2, and high Cl-.
