The STARSE TPW Thermal screen consists of an outer protective jacket, sand control mesh, inner drainage jacket, and perforated base pipe.
Outer Protective Jacket: Designed with a spiral bridge-slit structure, it offers optimal slit sizing for primary sand control and aids in forming a stable sand bridge. The bridge-supported design ensures ample drainage space, enabling even fluid distribution across the filtration mesh upon entry.
Sand Control Composite Mesh: Tailored to various completion techniques, reservoir characteristics, sand distributions, and shale contents, different mesh combinations are selected to optimize sand control and production, ensuring versatility in application.
Inner Drainage jacket: Combining bridge-like structures with holes, the inner jacket enhances fluid flow space and expands screen filtration area. This design facilitates the removal of clogging media, ensuring the screen's overall permeability and resistance to blockage.
The end rings of the filter jacket are connected to the pipe via a welding-free connection method, thus guaranteeing the screen pipe's applicability in high-temperature thermal recovery wells without being compromised by welding issues.

6. The inner protective jacket integrates a bridge-like structure with circular perforations, augmenting the annular fluid flow space and the overall flow area of the screen, while also preventing sand accumulation and subsequent blockage.
7. Made of SS304, SS316, or superior corrosion-resistant materials, both protective jackets and the filtration mesh are ready for wells with H2S, CO2, and high chloride ions.
