Its comprehensive design includes: a bridge-punched outer jacket, an outer filter mesh, pre-packed particles, an inner filter mesh, an inner support jacket, a perforated base pipe, and support rings, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Primary Filtration: The bridge-punched slots on the outer jacket excel at halting larger formation sand grains, forming a reliable sand bridge that ensures superior sand control and protects against blockages.

Secondary Filtration: Utilizing either unconsolidated or consolidated particles, the pre-packed layer is carefully chosen according to the "controlled sand production" principle. It expertly filters finer sand particles while maintaining unobstructed fluid flow.
Support & Drainage: The engineered inner support layer, complete with precision holes and dot supports, creates a strategic gap with the base pipe, providing ample drainage channels and simplifying the removal of internal obstructions.
