Structure

The STARSE pre-packed screen is a standout in environments teeming with mud, silt, and heavy oil reservoirs. Specifically engineered for sidetracked, highly deviated, and complex trajectory wells, it substantially enhances production efficiency and ensures extended well longevity.
Its robust and integral design masterfully incorporates: a bridge-punched outer jacket, an outer filter mesh, pre-packed particles, an inner filter mesh, an inner support jacket, a perforated base pipe, and support rings, all working in harmony for exceptional performance.
Primary Filtration: The outer jacket, innovatively designed with bridge-punched slots, expertly obstructs larger formation sand grains, forming a stable sand bridge that delivers superior sand control for optimal well performance.

Secondary Filtration: Crafted from unconsolidated or consolidated particles, the pre-packed layer, meticulously selected based on the pioneering 'controlled sand production' principle, adeptly filters out the finer sand particles while ensuring unimpeded fluid flow.
Support & Drainage: The ingeniously designed inner support layer, featuring strategic holes and dot supports, establishes a gap with the base pipe, providing abundant drainage channels and facilitating the effortless removal of any internal blockages.

• The bridge-punched slotted outer jacket boasts formidable sand control capabilities, establishing a stable sand bridge outside the screen for primary sand control of formations with larger particles, significantly reducing the risk of screen blockage.
• The outer jacket, with its laterally punched slots, ingeniously allows fluid to flow in through the side gaps, preventing direct erosion of the filter medium and thus significantly enhancing durability.
• The pre-packed gravel layer exhibits outstanding erosion resistance, equaling the results of gravel packing. Its precision engineering ensures more efficient and precise secondary sand control.
