Spiral Rigid Centralizer
Structure:
The main body is an integral spiral strip design, the spiral angle is optimized by fluid mechanics, and wear-resistant convex points can be added on the surface.
Features:
The spiral flow channel reduces the flow resistance of mud and reduces the risk of eddy currents;
High rigidity support, suitable for high speed and high torque conditions;
Optional welding or detachable type, easy to install on site.
Roller Centralizer
Structure:
The main body is inlaid with multiple groups of freely rotating rollers (radial or axial layout), and the roller surface is hardened.
Features:
Rolling friction significantly reduces the resistance of the pipe string, suitable for long horizontal sections or large displacement wells;
The roller can adapt to the irregular shape of the well wall to protect the casing from scratches;
High temperature resistant design, suitable for deep wells and ultra-deep wells.
Blade Centralizer
Structure:
3~6 arc-shaped blades are evenly distributed around the circumference, and the blade ends are designed with smooth chamfers.
Features:
Lightweight structure, suitable for conventional vertical wells or small wellbore operations;
Elastic deformation of the blades can compensate for changes in well diameter and provide a stable centralizing force;
Low cost, easy maintenance, and the ability to be configured in batches at key nodes of the pipe string.
Recommended Application Scenarios
Spiral Rigid centralizer: directional wells, high sand content formations, cementing operations requiring high centering.
Roller Centralizer: horizontal wells, high-angle wells, and areas sensitive to casing wear.
