The STARSE pre-packed screen is engineered to thrive in challenging environments laden with mud, silt, and heavy oil reservoirs. It shines in sidetracked, highly deviated, and complex trajectory wells, offering unparalleled production efficiency and extending the well's operational life with remarkable reliability.
Its comprehensive, integrated design includes: a bridge-punched outer jacket, an outer filter mesh, pre-packed particles, an inner filter mesh, an inner support jacket, a perforated base pipe, and supportive rings to ensure optimal performance.
Primary Filtration: The ingeniously designed outer jacket, featuring bridge-punched slots, acts as a formidable barrier against larger formation sand grains, establishing a stable sand bridge that delivers outstanding sand control.

Secondary Filtration: The pre-packed layer, crafted from unconsolidated or consolidated particles under the "controlled sand production" principle, provides an additional filtration stage for finer sand particles while maintaining efficient fluid flow.
Support & Drainage: The inner support layer, with its strategically designed holes and dot supports, forms a gap with the base pipe that ensures ample drainage channels, facilitating the effective removal of any internal blockages.
