STARSE SSD Sleeve

STARSE SSD sleeve is a downhole flow control tool, which is used to open the channel between the casing annulus or the reservoir and the oil pipe. It can be used for post-completion blowout induction, circulating well killing, gas lift, sitting jet pump, multi-layer wells, selective production, testing or production increase measures for different oil layers, multi-layer mixed production, plugging and shutting in the well or oil pipe pressure testing, circulating chemical agent anti-corrosion and other occasions.


Features

1. The upper joint has a standard X or F-type working cylinder profile, which can be opened and closed by a standard wire displacement tool;

2. A diffusion protection ring made of high-strength thermoplastic is installed to separate the through hole from the upper sealing component. During the opening and closing process of the sleeve, it can prevent the erosion of the seal by high-pressure fluid and increase the service life. At the same time, it provides a slow balancing process of high pressure difference, reducing the risk of tool damage.

 

3. High-strength non-elastic seal is adopted, and the sealing performance and wear resistance are higher than ordinary rubber, and the service life is long.

4. On the inner and outer cylinders, milled grooves are used instead of round holes, which increases the flow area, reduces the erosion of the sleeve by the fluid, and increases the torsion and tensile strength of the sleeve.

5. Can be used with fluid control tools such as separation sleeves, plugs, and check valves.
