Structure

The STARSE pre-packed screen is designed to thrive under challenging conditions, such as mud-laden and silty environments, as well as heavy oil reservoirs. It performs exceptionally well in sidetracked, highly deviated, and complex trajectory wells. By significantly enhancing both production efficiency and the lifespan of wells, it sets a new standard in durability and performance.
Its comprehensive design includes the following integral components: a bridge-punched outer jacket, an outer filter mesh, a strategically pre-packed particle layer, an inner filter mesh, an inner support jacket, a perforated base pipe, and sturdy support rings. Each component works in harmony to deliver unmatched sand control and strength.
Primary Filtration: The outer jacket is engineered with bridge-punched slots that effectively obstruct larger formation sand grains, creating a remarkably stable sand bridge. This innovation ensures superior primary sand control, safeguarding the integrity of the well structure.

Secondary Filtration: Utilizing either unconsolidated or consolidated particles, the pre-packed layer is meticulously selected based on the "controlled sand production" principle. It adeptly filters finer sand particles while ensuring unhindered fluid flow, achieving a seamless secondary filtration process.
Support & Drainage: The inner support layer, featuring precision-engineered holes and dot supports, establishes a gap with the base pipe. This design not only provides abundant drainage channels but also facilitates efficient removal of any internal blockages, maintaining optimal performance.
