Application

 

1. The float collar is usually connected to 1 or 2 casings above the float shoe, and is used for cement plug collision pressure, limiting the height of the cement plug in the lower casing, and ensuring the quality of the cement ring at the casing shoe.
2. The float shoe can effectively guide the casing into the well.
3. After the cement collision pressure is completed, it prevents the cement slurry from returning to the casing or tail pipe.
4. A positive circulation channel for well washing can be establishe.

Features

1. Spring-driven back pressure valve type.

 

The back pressure spring and valve body are designed with advanced high temperature resistance and long-term large-displacement circulation erosion capabilities.

 

Reliable back pressure sealing mechanism makes the flow resistance of cement slurry or mud small.

 

The valve seat and the vulcanized rubber valve core can effectively prevent the return of cement slurry.

 

The float shoe has a downward jet flushing hole to facilitate the flushing of sand bridges or other blockages that may be encountered. It is suitable for vertical and horizontal well completions, and can be used in conjunction with the circulating flusher in the tail pipe or screen pipe for positive circulation well washing operations.

 

The internal materials are all PDC drillable and the diameter is the same as the casing or tail pipe.
