                                      Structure

  STARSE boasts advanced laser cutting equipment capable of processing a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy pipes. Utilizing laser cutting technology, STARSE can produce fine, smooth, and highly precise slits with a straightforward structure and remarkable performance.
  STARSE slotted screens are manufactured using standard API casing and tubing as the base pipe, with a series of longitudinal slots cut into the pipe wall. The slot width of these screens is ≥0.2mm, with cross-sectional shapes including rectangular and trapezoidal, among others. The slot arrangements can be parallel, staggered, spiral, and other configurations. The bending resistance of STARSE slotted screens is ≥8°/30m, and their tensile strength is ≥80% of the base material's tensile strength. Additionally, the slotted area accounts for 1% to 6% of the outer surface area of the base pipe.
