Structure

The STARSE pre-packed screen is the pinnacle of innovation for environments laden with mud, silt, and heavy oil reservoirs, especially tailored for sidetracked, highly deviated, and complex trajectory wells. It dramatically enhances both production efficiency and well longevity.
Its sophisticated and integral design includes: a bridge-punched outer jacket, an outer filter mesh, meticulously pre-packed particles, an inner filter mesh, an inner support jacket, a perforated base pipe, and durable support rings.
Primary Filtration: The outer jacket, adorned with bridge-punched slots, excellently obstructs larger formation sand grains, crafting a stable sand bridge that ensures superior sand control.

Secondary Filtration: The pre-packed layer, crafted from either unconsolidated or consolidated particles, is chosen based on the astute 'controlled sand production' principle. This layer adeptly filters finer sand particles while maintaining an unhindered fluid flow.
Support & Drainage: The ingeniously designed inner support layer, complete with holes and dot supports, creates strategic spacing with the base pipe, providing generous drainage channels and facilitating effortless internal blockage removal.
