                                                                      STARSE SCSSV

STARSE SCSSV is a metal-to-metal oil pipe retrievable downhole safety valve with a self-balancing pressure function and a flap-shaped valve plate. The switch is controlled by a small outer diameter control pipeline on the ground and connected to the ground emergency shutdown system to automatically close in an emergency. The safety valve mainly plays a fault protection role. Combined with the normally closed feature, it can ensure that after the pressure in the control pipeline is removed, the valve plate automatically closes to achieve automatic well shut-in.

                               1. Good sealing performance.

▪ The top and bottom of the piston are respectively sealed with metal to metal to ensure metal sealing in both the open and closed states. The piston body is installed with three inelastic dynamic seals to ensure the sealing effect;

1. Self-balancing function

▪ The shielding hole is set on the side of the valve plate, which is opened before the valve plate is opened to balance the upper and lower pressures of the valve plate and is easy to open. Ø

 

1. Anti-dust and debris accumulation

▪ A flow channel is opened at the top of the flow tube to ensure that the well fluid flushes the top of the flow tube during the production process to prevent debris accumulation.

▪ In the open position, the valve plate is isolated by metal to metal sealing with the flow tube to prevent debris from accumulating near the valve plate;
▪ In the closed position, the reverse flow tube prevents debris from accumulating at the upper end;
